On my A-body Duster? I re-did engine. 451 with new pistons and rods (Replaced stock rods with BME aluminum. Same Ross piston. ) Upgraded heavily ported 452 heads with B1/BS aluminum heads. (Got tired of welding the old irons every time it sprang a leak.) Upgraded 880 CFM Holley with 1050 Holley (Still 4150 style) metered for E-85 fuel. (To accommodate the increase in compression due to going from open chamber 452 head to tighter closed chamber Brodex B1.)

Duster runs .6 seconds faster. From high 10s to low 10s. (With very similar solid lift cam and profile.) If engine holds together for 2-3 seasons? (About 100 runs) Then I rate my job a B+.
