Axle seals are leaking again

Inner seal, is an oil seal. The outer seal is a Grease seal for the bearings. The inner seals are commonly damaged when installed improperly. The axle must be centered when reinstalled and not allowed to drag across the seal. The seal lip should be lubricated with Lithium or similar grease so as to not drag on the bearing surface and get damaged. Follow the Factory Service Manual and you will see exactly what parts go in there and how to properly change them. Not complicated. If something is damaged, replace it once. Don't try to save it twice.

Just a question...when was the last time that you checked/adjusted the axle end play ? If they are loose, they will leak. No matter the axle condition. Grooves in axles are never good. Sleeves are just that, a temporary condom.
