Don't have to sand sealer as long as you don't wait more than half an hour to apply the base color and at about 70* don't put the base color on till the sealer has dried for at least 15 minutes. Putting paint on or primer or sealer or clear to fast can cause problems just as much as waiting to long. Lots of guys on FABO and me would be happy to help just ask.
