Weight loss and perseverance
I’m more of a veggie guy. Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Bell Peppers (red, yellow and green), Green Beans, Yellow Wax Beans, Sweet Peas, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Iceberg Lettuce, Bean Sprouts, Asparagus, Cabbage, Snow Peas, Snap Peas, Beets, Kohlrabi, etc.
I eat a big bowl full of some kind (usually mixed) everyday. Gently sautéed with a little butter/olive oil and salt. Love the fresh sweet flavors and the crunch. In Summer, I like to add some fresh sweet corn too.
Satisfies my tastebuds and fills my stomach without loading calories. :)
