I know. $8.00 a sheet when i covered the walls inside my shop. Last i heard it was $38.
its all bs. Logging is a non contact sport, one guy in each machine, trucking is the same.
So is milling, pressing, stacking and strapping. No close contacts anywhere. Its demand. Nothing more nothing less.
It’s also hold ups at the border. I got a friend that hauls for menards, they get their lumber from up there and it’s a two to three week process for him to get a load and get it back across the border and to a Menards store
