I called just now. Being handicapped as far as California is concerned, I can use golf cart, need to insure it, 1milion policy. Not a lot of money. BUT I would be the only one allowed to operate it.. So no cart.....300.00 a year. Umbrella...

Wife was taking the pics while holding the 3 week old. But it got planted to the card, even measured lol
