It's possible it's already at its max bore size. It's again possible it's not. It's also possible it's usable as is. Without pictures, we cannot tell here. Without a sonic test, you cannot tell there.
It’s at 30 over now. If the gouges/scratches are insignificant and further down the wall I will probably not bore more. I am uncomfortable going to 40 or 60 over.
