Is that one of Sheikh Malktoon's stallions?
That reminds me of "*Halib" the pride of the desert.
Davenport then paid the customary visit to Nazim Pasha, the Governor of Aleppo, who, when he heard of the gift of Wadduda, gave to Davenport a powerful brown Ma’naqi Sbayli stallion, known as the Pride of the Desert; he would later be dubbed Haleb, after the city of Aleppo. Between Davenport’s mistake in protocol and his iradé from the Sultan, he had secured two of the finest horses the desert had to offer at the very outset of his trip.

Believe it or not, but I actually thought of you

If'n you don't mind me asking, what does your name mean, or stand for?

Jadah Arabian Farm= Jadaharabi
Jadah is a desert flower. Old Arab saying, The horses are the flowers of the desert.
The horses are Jadah.

So yer into horses?
Was for many years, have written a few articles, made a couple trips to the Middle East. Was Princess Alia of Jordan's guest twice I had a mare that was a full sister to one of her stallions. I had straight Syrian bred Arabians. We were the guests of President Assad(father of current President Assad)twice in 96 and 98.
We raised desert bred Arabians also called Al Khamsa Arabians.
Some of our horses had the blood of *Halib in them. The horse picture above.
