Stop in for a cup of coffee

My best buddy just did his floor. The guy came in and lightly sanded the garage floor. He then put down the paint and flakes. He then came back a few days later and put a clear coat of it. $28 a foot with a lifetime guarantee. It's nice but don't know if I need that nice.
