Who powder coats rims in NewEngland?

@CudaChick1968 will NOT powder coat used aluminum wheels. Because of the tire dressings people use, it takes an expensive dangerous process to get them clean enough to powder coat, and she wont do it.
She will do new, never mounted wheels.
I would suggest paint. Its touchup able.
