Stop in for a cup of coffee
I beleive they came into american gardens in the 1940s.
Brought a few down here from where I grew up. Usually easy to grow in shade.
Now I have other stuff growing I've been reducing the amount in my yard (I usually find them new homes).
The white edged leaves are nice. We had some similar to those until the deer made them into miniature hosta. LOL.
A few transplanted to needy front yards....
