First start by measuring what you have. Where are the pistons in the block? Measure the distance from the block surface at TDC on all 4 corners. Then measure the chambers in the 360 heads. Carefully check the 360 heads for cracks between the center chambers between the valves. Unmilled 360 heads were about 72-73 cc.
