Hurst Ramrod shifter

Im looking for people who have Drag raced with the Ramrod shifter. I have only made one pass then had to leave as I couldnt get the shifter into 1st. I have since adjusted the T handle and it works for now. My main question is is it normal for the shifter to pop back into neutral when lifting off the throttle. My trans is slick shifted by Liberty.
