How long did it take you to decide to sell your car
No offense meant to anyone and may be a reason that I don't enjoy my Scamp I'm just not into "Pretty" any more been there done that. More into the not so good - cheap and worry free paint job with everything under the paint top notch. That's how my C10 is and really enjoy it. Decided it's time to put the Scamp on the market and move on with life. Retired and really looking forward to the Studebaker truck project don't know how it will end up but it will be an adventure been a good ride but sorry no more Mopars in my stable

I hear you, and I completely agree with not being into "pretty" anymore. I built the 70 Dart, and it was great, drew lots of attention everywhere I went. Eventually I found that no matter how far away I parked from all of the other cars in a parking lot, it always drew a crowd. One Saturday morning, I parked my car where there were no other cars for 200 feet in any direction, and my wife and I went into the store. 30 minutes later, we came out to find more than a dozen other vehicles parked around the Dart, yet still a significant area of empty space between the store and the area where I had parked. I also got tired of cleaning the car every weekend, and just wanted to drive it without worrying about dust or dirt inside or out, that is one thing I really don't miss. I still have a pretty car, my 76 Ventura, it's a 39k original mile survivor, that has had 1 repaint, done at my wife's insistence. I drive it some, but don't really worry about it much, it sees gravel roads frequently, and has been driven in rain many times, but has not seen a winter in 30 years or more. I intend to just drive it, no more shows for me, tired of that scene too. My 75 dart, if I ever get it running properly will never have anything beyond a rattlecan flat black paint job as long as I own it, I just don't care. My wife has suggested on several occasions that my daily driver 1990 Bronco could stand some love, and she's not wrong, but I really don't see it happening at this point.
Enjoy your C10, I think they are pretty cool trucks, my best friend has had plenty of them over the last 35 years or so, and I might even have had 1 or 2 myself.
