So better sit down fellas. Here is a house 3 blocks from my house and was up for sale. It was actually listed for 599,000 and sold for 589,000. First one I've seen lately that didn't go way over asking. You can understand when you look at the place. 2 bedroom, two bathrooms and done nice inside. Thanks but no thanks
