Ok it must attach to the frame in some fashion as does the springs and shocks. The numbers were identifiable at some point in its life. This is where I have found the bulk of the numbers on these trucks

Frame extends past sheet metal. Bumper bolts to that. No separate brackets on the front.

Truck has spent its life in south-central Texas. No rust on frame to speak of. Have you checked any original engine numbers to their titles?
