There was a thread a while back about if you could install a ratchet shifter into stock shifter location. A number of guys had done it and posted pictures of what they looked like. I'm pretty much done with my install thought I would post some pics of what I did to make it fit. I had to remove middle bracket to get shifter to fit, then it was a matter of getting wiring & cable routed for everything to work. 65 stock console is smaller then the later years so took a little work to make it fit inside. All in all, I like it :cheers:
