Morning, Morning, another Saturday morning!!
Happy to hear Karl is doing better.
@toolmanmike following the weather there looks HOT!!
Cheryl's nephew is starting a job in town. He's moving in today with us for a few weeks until his apartment is available. Housing here is tough.
Going to do some landscaping here today, and touch up some paint on the deck. With that outside will be done. A little paint inside and it's done.
Hot here today also 50's and rain for six weeks to 90's :wtf:

Well. Time to be honest. Rare for me I know.
In the fall I was sponsored for a Diabetic and weight program thru a Major Medical university.
A few members here knew about it.
I was already heavy at 220lb.
They ballooned me up another 100lbs.
Then started the reversal.
As of today I am at 175lb.
I have been on diabetic meds of some sort since the age of 10.
On zero meds now and 90 day A1c is 6.1
Except for a blood infection which I get time to time, I had an episode a few weeks ago, that has cleared up now, I'm fine.
I see Rob. And his wife are doing good on their diets. Congrats.
For some folks though you can be a fat *** and lose the weight, but you're still an ***.

I always found the best way to assure that you bang your head on something was to put on a hard hat
Follow the same route for years never bump my head.
OSHA/MSHA inspectors show up, on goes the hard hat, 10 minutes later BANG goes my head into that overflow chute I pass 5 times a day

Yep. Our safety people at the cold storage got on a kick about wearing them for a while. Same thing.

Pass that diet to me haha

Walked in shop, better call the bomb squad!
Or at least the forensic crew.
I have so many tool kits open, no bench space again. A quick clean up, a few pieces of scrap to dispose of and some cardboard to burn.
