360 magnum O2 sensor install help

Ok, checking to see how close I am. There are 2 green with white tracer wires that are spliced together. They are hot with the car running and the color matches the wire coming out of the 15 amp O 2 sensor spot in the PDC. This hooks to pin 1 from sensor?

there are a couple black with white tracer wires that appear to be grounds to the chassis. One of them can connect to pin 2?

Pin 3 should connect to a black with blue tracer wire because those are the grounds from the PDC?

pin 4 should connect to the tan with white tracer wire?

let me know if this looks right. Some diagrams I look at show that 1 & 3 are grounds.
I am including a picture of the back of the O2 sensor plug. It shows that wires 1 & 2 are black, 3 is white, and 4 is blue.
