Broken Powermaster alternator.

This was the first alternator I bought for my car when I was reviving it and it never worked right. I’ve sent it in to Powermaster to get repaired 3 times, and they never got it right.
First it would drain the battery overnight if left connected, then it didn’t put out any voltage, then it worked right for a week and stopped charging again.
Not sure if it’s something simple or just a lemon. I have moved on to a different brand and given up on this one.
Maybe one of you can figure it out.

Has less than 100 miles on it.

One of the two tensioner bolt holes is stripped, and I stole the through bolt spacer out of it for another alternator.
