I believe the "S" numbers refer to ISKY's master lobe chart... not sure if this is true but given you know nothing else about it - it MAY help someone have an idea

"S-480" = 288* advertised / 254* @ .050 .547" @ 1.5 ratio
"S-396" = 292* advertised / 259* @ .050 .547" @ 1.5 ratio
The "14" and "06" may be the Intake and Exhaust centerlines ?
