I finally got my class action settlement from the "cruise line cell phone solicitation" lawsuit.

Remember that?

Supposed to be $2500 per unsolicited call.

I had nine calls documented.

My settlement check was for $1.49 - ONE DOLLAR and forty nine cents!

So they had 3 million dollars set aside for plantiffs and there were 9 million call infractions so each call was a .17 award.....sounds about right. Disgusting....
