Pulled the trigger on a Holley Sniper today

I keep hearing what the guy at Holley said.. well I got great tech support from the Holley tech line and even sent me some free parts to modify my carburetors I could quickly tell I was talking to a 20-something year old kid who drove his Honda to work and is looking at a computer screen and reading what it says... Basically following a formula.. while as helpful as they could be I didn't get that feeling that they were capable of building and tuning a carburetor but more reading the troubleshooting part of the instructions back to you...
I wish we could meet that tech support guy...
