Why don’t you believe it? A basically stock 440-6 with a cleaned up set of heads, valve job, and a much more modern cam. Seems about right to me. And to further make the point, nicks garage dynod a completely stock 440-6 and it made 464lb/ft. So not very hard to believe if you ask me.
