The test was flawed because they used the same cam. If you were comparing a /6 to a hemi would you use a 1bbl carb on both ?
I have owned a killer 440-6 and driven a like new well tuned 426 Hemi Cuda.
The 440-6 was right now power while the hemi never stopped revving.
The 440-6 had ported 915s , .550 solid roller and headers... the hemi was stock. I gaurantee that with headers and a roller cam the hemi would have been much faster .
