How do I get the lift I need without shackles?

I did add a 3/4 inch block under the rear shackle mount. Just use 3/4 inch longer bolts.

I ran the chrome 3 hole Cal Custom shackles with the bottom hole cut off but ran the two holes up so you can not see them.

I also used the MP front shackle plate with the two holes.
