MM, it stinks that you couldn't get the support you were seeking. Sounds like you played the "get more with honey than vinegar" card very well, I commend you. My project has been sitting for years, you know how life gets in the way, but I'm keeping my truck (see signature) going strong and usually the folks I deal with are top notch with customer service. The "usually" was only one instance where all I was looking for was answer to a question on what the outfit produced/created, I too played the honey card and basically got same as you, "I don't have time to talk with you", but I got a hang up. Not a happy customer but being they created the item there was no one else that would remotely have an idea. The next day I decided to send an email to the outfit. I began with my name is Joe and yesterday I called for information regarding your product, an answer to a question if you will. Unfortunately the person I spoke with, I forget his name, must have been having a very bad day as he told me ... and hung up on me. I'd really like to get the answer to my question. I'd like to mention that I have a thread going on a forum with well over *** members, which is xx pages with many folks following along. I'd like to share with them the great customer service I received with the answer to my question. I'd appreciate it if you could call me at - listed phone # - when convenient for you. It should only take a few minutes of your time.

The next day the guy called apologizing and provided the answer, and thanked me for my business asking if I could send him a link to my thread...
I did and gave accolades to the customer service I received.
Might consider giving that a try. Worked for me.
