I had similar results. In the mid 70" I ran a 70 340 4 speed Duster with the 284/484 installed 4 degrees advanced. 4.30 gears 28" slicks, Holley 780 and Mallory dual point ignition and some Hedman headers. At Tampa drags which was said to be 66' short it ran 12.97. At Twin City Dragstrip it ran 13.07 which was suppose to be a 1/4 mile legit track.
