When you get hooked you may get GAS, gear acquisition syndrome, it's just like collecting Mopar and parts, you buy one guitar, then you want another, one amp, then another, one pedal, then another. I gave it up for awhile, then the bug hit me again last summer when the covid hit, since last summer this is what I've already bought back.
