The only reason for the headliner "padding" is for insulation purposes. No way would I use that crap again on one. It rots, attracts moisture and mold. The KillMat is perfect insulation. I didn't use anything else under my headliner.
On the power wagons it's a piece of cardboard with material on it with two sided tape just in the center areas.. it's only one piece on a regular cab and an extra small rectangular piece with rounded corners in the extra cab area..
I already gave them to my upholstery guy along with my seats...
No matter what they say I'm going to dynomat or generic dynamat every dang thing I can get my hands on...
