Rant-FedEx

FedEx are terrible, with a capital T. At least shipping to Australia. I was put through the wringer by these b******s; at one stage they threatened to return the shipment unless I supplied them an invoice within 3 working days. This was a Summit order that had the invoice taped to the box!! This was over Easter, where we have extended holidays compared to some countries. I ended up speaking to people in 4 countries: Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Australia. Arrogance out of control. I now use DHL.
