I think that's a J head.

Turn the head upside down (4 horizontal bolts facing the front).

Pull the four vertical bolts that lock the head rotation (horizontal plane) to the base and the head will come off with a cherry picker and a sling up where the head meets the top body. Then the base ain't bad to move. I've moved em with a cherry picker, a two wheeler, and a skinny friend.
