Best weapon for Concealed Carry advise

A 38 is still legal for use by most police forces around the nation , but the smallest round acceptable .

The 38 rounds don't fragment like the .22 Mag rounds. I'm not arguing the point, or saying one does more damage. I didn't say that. I simply told yall what all of my LEO friends say. Collectively. The .22 MAGNUM is a serious round for a small arm.
