Going back to work part time...

This getting old ain't for sissies I can tell you that. Now I know why my Dad was crabby much of the time.

I feel lucky that I survived those two widowmakers... thought the first one was indigestion. A week later I got the same chest pains and I knew it was time to get to the emergency room.

Funny how I did not like going to that hospital... had several friends check in and checked out dead. But I had a great female doctor. She gave me a choice to go home and die in my bed or take the helicopter ride and get fixed.

22 minute helicopter ride... 50 minutes after it took off the Doc called and told my wife they put a stent in my main artery to my heart and I would be OK. 95% blockage. I had no idea.

The ride cost $28,400! But I had the world's cutest flight nurse next to me. That must have been extra. Thank God I switched my Medicare Advantage plan last year.... saved $5k!

I kinda hope I can finish the projects I have before I get way too old... dirt late model to assemble with my 388" SBM, get this weiner wagon roadworthy and get my Jeep and my F350 back on the road. Oh yea I have a race car trailer to finish.

Thanks for the kind words guys... it really means a lot.
