Early A switch question

Dome lights get power from 'B2' also. Power goes to the light, and the door switches control the ground... the ground path comes back to the headlight switch at 'D' which allows you to turn on the dome light by rotating the headlight knob to the left.

Thank You for the great explanation of headlight switch wiring. So I can assume the one in the car that doesn't turn on domes when turned to the left is defective and will swap. Do you know anything on wiper switch wires? I did not think to watch what I pulled off of it but seams to me like there was 4 or 5 different single gang spade connections to it.
