Early A switch question

Ok thank you for the explanation of variable speed systems needing a variable motor.
Sounds like if I want this to work I will also need the variable motor from the donor car as well as the switch, bladder bag, pump.
Do you know if the wiring to the motor is the same or will I need to get the wiring as well? Can I add the missing wires and retape at least the engine bay run to clean it up?
