Early A switch question

According to the wiring diagram I have (no guarantees here!), pink #1 is 12v power into the circuit breaker (the silver box). I show a #4 as being red, and a #5 as being yellow and that they go to a variable speed motor. #3 as being black with tracer, and #6 as dark blue....both used with a single speed motor (and also with the variable speed motor along with the other two). I also show a #10 connection/wire as being tan and for the washer, and a white wire for the backup lights getting it's power at the circuit breaker also. I don't have a #2 connection in my diagram, but I suspect it's the backup light connection judging by your photo. I think your #3 is probably the washer motor terminal. I don't show a washer being used with a single speed motor/switch. It's completely possible that either your numbering system or mine is inaccurate. Looks like our wire colors jibe, but, the number designations are different. I don't have the factory manual for 1964. I'm using a wiring diagram book put out by Chilton's Motor Age.
