1969 Barracuda AC operation

Mine looks like this: NOS Mopar A/C Blower Resistor 1968-71 1973-6 Dodge & Plymouth A Body 1970-4 B & E Body Models Numbers Correct 68-71 A Body - Hiltop Auto Parts

I have continuity across all terminals and no burned wires, so I don't think it's at fault.
