Transplant a MB or VW diesel into it and convert it to run on old fry grease. That "Grease-el" will smell like McDonalds fries. EFI will clean that smell up and a cat running on an EFI does not get hot enough to melt a generic heat shield placed above it as it hardly ever introduces unburned fuel into the cat, what makes them run hot. And then there is the EAZY fix. Get an IMPCO 200 series Propane mixer and run an RV size bottle of Propane in the trunk. Certified clean burning even in CA.
