Today, dollar for dollar, is the 318 faster than the 340 ???

I can agree on the magnum for a budget power maker. I think an la would eat the budget as you'd need heads...I'm talking 318 vs 5.2 the 5.2 would come with the better heads.5.2 already has roller cam also.
