Today, dollar for dollar, is the 318 faster than the 340 ???

i wonder if they have retro fit roller lifters for 340 Im sure they do but I beleive there is a lifter bore casting issue between the LA and magnum. I beleive the magnum has beefier lifter bores for the roller lifters. ( I will admit i dont actually know never had a magnum apart)Now say you add the roller lifters to a 340 how much HP gain? My experience if with 5.0m Fox body with roller cams is they wind up quick. less resistance etc, you can tell by how the engine revs.
