Home – King of Trim can restore these grilles (also trunk panels). They do a 95% perfect job. I say 95% because in spots you can see how they masked off the black. Nobody can paint them the way the factory did, with stencils. You'll note on a factory painted grill some slight fogging, or overspray, where the black spray paint leaked under the stencil onto the aluminum. These were not tape stencils, they were metal or plastic and just sat on the grille. So in most areas there are no "hard" edges between the colors like you get with tape. And every restorer uses tape. So only 95% correct/perfect.
