Today, dollar for dollar, is the 318 faster than the 340 ???

I went out in the shed today looking for a 7 inch round H4 headlight housing. Had to move a huge hunk of steel. Found my 2.2/2.5/Neon 2.0 torque plate. My LA ones are out there somewhere.

Wonder if 448Scamp uses torque plates?
