Yep I made it Waterloo for TMMs car show and drag race event. We got in late last night. From Ark. We are juggling a lot of stuff and just kind of got this squeezed in. Craig and I typically meet for this one, but lord knows he is swamped. His house went on the market yesterday, I was driving while him and Jodi were Plotting and planning all things real estate. They will have a super busy weekend entertaining offers and making all kind of tough decisions. Good luck Craig. I cant even imagine how hard it would be to leave a home after that many years. My welding hood has taken me on a nomadic journey all over this Country we have never lived any one place for more than about five years, much less thirty something. All the best to Craig and the “tax collector lady” Hah.

Thanks, yep we made it through a day of clean up and a night of showings. Based on a realtor's comments after they had their visit they are going to make an offer. We just want a good family to move in. Yes it's a crazy market and we really don't want the price to get too crazy. We'd be willing to work with the right family and make it a good deal for them also.
Cheryl has said more than once in the last week she's not moving again...haha!! 31 years in the same place, it's bittersweet thinking of all the memories I have here. It's time for a change though, and we love the new place. Your all invited to come by and spend some time.
