Stop in for a cup of coffee

Today IS the LAST day of showing the house. We apparently have several offers.
A few people coming back for second looks today.
Agent said we'll take the top three offers, contact them, and see if they'll top the highest bid.
Hopefully tonight we'll have signed a contract.
