Actually, from the table, it would be rarer as a "non-S" 340 convertible than as an "S" convertible... 47 total produced as opposed to 83. Automatic numbers would be maybe 75% of that. So we are talking in the range of 30 to 50 cars, either way. At that point, the number of cars with any particular paint + interior scheme other than the most popular (say, yellow with black, or green on green) is going be in single digits, right down there with mod tops. So there is no question that this is a rare car. But condition is everything.
