Old car prices, omg.
Yeah I mean I'd like a 66-68 Mustang but I want to drive it away not haul it home in pieces for 10-12 grand...I wouldn't care if its a 6 cylinder I just want it to run and drive for the money. Try and find an A body Mopar, the last one I looked at in my area summer of 2019 was a 74 Duster for 5 grand, the thing started and ran, but the interior was gone, no carpet, door panels were shot, and the seats were duct taped all over. The Killer was the left front frame rail rot. I offered the kid 3800 I said," if I pay 5 grand and can't get the frame rail fixed, I'll have a hard time selling this thing and getting out of it..." The kid was 24 maybe he didn't bite I assume he sold it, but it was too much work for that money the interior and that frame work...no.
