Highest CFM flow heads, small black, Completely, under $3000

there is more in my car. first pass was 10.13 in bad hot humid air so i took 4* out of the car and lowered the shift points to 6300 rpm for the next race weekend. the air was better and i knew i was going to run in the 9's. ran 9.96 so i had to take another 4* out of the car.
car will run 9.6-70's
