When I worked in residential construction we used to do any and all sorts of jobs for the company I worked for, and it got to the point where we’d be out there dealing with a crap project or dealing with difficult customers and I used to say “some jobs just aren’t worth it, you don’t have to take everything that comes your way” Only if you’re desperate for money, and I’m not, but even if I were, It’s not worth the headache. :BangHead:
He’s not wheeling and dealing to fix his car, if he has one it’s probably some heap on the side of his garage sitting on flat tires, a bunch of junk piled in and on it.. :eek: he’s mostly a flipper who makes his method work for him to make money. Only an assumption but....
