Damn I wish I had a hoist because that filter on the 3.9 is a bugger to get to with the 4 wheel drive and there's parts of me that don't like getting up and down any more. There's a Goodyear store not far away that does good work with a owner that is honest and doesn't sell you services you don't need. Of all the folks here,i would think you would have a hoist. Had coffee with an older fellow yesterday,doing his own oil changes. Hes in no shape to do them but proceeds anyway.
$40 for labour is cheap,no used oil or filter to deal with.
But i get it, he wants it done right. Greasing is a big thing.
2/3 shops in town dont grease unless instructed to do so. Yet they charge for it.
